It is going to be harder to price. It would be useful to know if they bought the 105 Di2 new from an authorized seller or was it used/take-off parts. Looking at eBay sold prices for 105 Di2 and the wheels could help sorting out the price.
Might be an okay deal.

Seems steep to me, $3,400 can buy a LOT of bike 2nd hand, can find ultegra in that range and a better frame, unsure on wheels, could be fine though

The base is a current [Roubaix Sport](https://www.specialized.com/us/en/roubaix-sl8-sport-shimano-105/p/4221828?color=5383375-4221828). Stock with mechanical 105. Then they did a Di2 105 groupset and wheel swap.
