Welcome along to our challenge called 5Athlon, where we travel from North Cape in Norway to southern point of South Africa by skiing, running, swimming, sailing and cycling.

After crossing Europe by skiing, running, swimming and cycling, we finally reached the Strait of Gibraltar — the narrow stretch of water separating Europe and Africa. This episode is our sailing section, which is the last new sport on our way from Norway to South Africa by muscle power. From this point onward, every remaining kilometres to South Africa will be cycled.
