Canyon Computer Mount Fail – My Fault?

just got my new Computer Mount and after 30km my Bolt 3 just fell off completely, including the Wahoo mount. Seems like the screws completely fell out. I noticed it getting a bit loose after a few bits on a rougher road, but didn't pay enough attention to it.

I'll the screws, but want to make sure I didn't do any stupid mistakes when I attached it.

1) I did not tighten the screws on the back
2) the Bolt 3 was noticeably more difficult to get in to the Canyon adapter compared to the original Wahoo mount

Did I Miss anything?
