Basse Californie reminds me of Southern Cali, U.S. (BC) would make a good "base camp for U.S. expats to ease into a new French life or explore the Cote." Le Palais d'Oxford makes me think of The Peninsula Beverly Hills, too. Dig the Real Estate show.
