It sure is fixable, it just needs a replacement rim.

My bearings went on my rear wheel some years ago, if you take into account the wear on the rims on my wheels at the time, together with parts and labour to repair, it was more cost effective to buy the exact same wheels.

This sub-Reddit gets a lot of posts about rims with cracks around the spoke holes. I suspect if you check the rim around other spokes, you’ll find many such cracks.
This is what will eventually happen if they are ignored and you keep riding, and unfortunately there is no fix. Other than replacing the rim that is.

Nay.
Ehh, temporarily i think you can install a washer under that hole but you need to change the rim.
Its aluminium or carbon? Asking bcs im curious, but no matter the answer its sadly Dead 🙁
New rim ASAP. Do not ride that wheel. Probably more cost effective to replace the whole wheel than rebuild it with a new rim.
I’m so sorry

How tight was that spoke? Brass nipple?
With a new wheel.
