Anyone know anything about this seemingly 100+ year old bike? Photos are from Facebook marketplace, considering making an offer but I have no idea how to ID / authenticate the age or actual model of this bike ("Ranger" appears to be an upright townie model whereas this is more a track bike?). Seller also posted a similar looking Triumph. Both bikes are from her late husband's collection and knows very little.
