Received the bike last week by mail, installed it and took it for a ride yesterday – mostly flat but a hot day. Got back and sprayed the bike with a hose to get the bike back to shining new. And as i was wiping it, I saw this. I’m a bit disappointed and worried.
The bike is literally 1 ride old, has been hanging on the bike repair hangar all the time, never leaned on anything, never scratched and/ fallen down. I’ve asked for a warranty replacement – I wonder what Canyon does in such cases.

Just ride it if it’s only a scratch
