New wheels, crank and bottom bracket, pretty much changed out everything but the frame and brakes. Brakes squeak so might end up changing them out too. I love this frame and the hot waxed HKK vertex.
I put a minimalist bike rack on it that I liked a lot but ending up wanting to drag my son's tadpole bike so its got one of those burley moose racks on it for now.
