Canyon calls them Igus bushings because Igus is the manufacturer but they’re generically called flanged sleeve bearings (bearings aren’t required to have rolling elements to be called bearings).
It’s a top hat bushing or top hat bearing. Bearing is the more correct term, but bushing is used more commonly.
You can get a new rear shock spacer kit that will include the spacer sleeve and new plastics. Typically defined as the bolt diameter x width of the frame opening (I.e. 8 x 35mm)

Funny. I just replaced mine yesterday. It’s crazy how tight it fit compared to the old ones.
I pulled one out using my fingernail the other I used a screwdriver.
