Blast from the past

Made my brother this ridiculous bike that he messengered on in the early 2000s. He has one leg so the crutches went from the rear rack to the bars, bungee cord from the left toe clip to the bars for pedal return. I barely remember building this. Asked him why I made him such a tiny bike, he said you were really concerned with standover height for some reason.
