
I am sure there is much to improve. I feel like I yanked back on the bars and that’s wrong. However, I attempted to pre-load and keep my body loose.
Any pointers or advice would be great! I want to keep improving.
I am 42 years old and just tried my first drop.

Also, don’t yank bank on the handlebars. Simply shift your hips back, arms straight and push the handlebars forward just before your wheel reaches the end of the drop. Also keep the legs straight (not literally, slight bend in the knees, check yt vids) while dropping off instead of soaking the drop into your legs.
