    Biking the Austrian Alps – Our Journey Begins // Cycling Around the World // Part 1 – Austria



    As we are sitting here in Zadar, Croatia and are uploading our first travel video, the first month and first 1000 kms of our journey are already behind us. It’s absolutely crazy how quickly time passes and all the things we have already experienced. We can’t wait to see what the future brings and what other adventures, challenges and beautiful moments are to come.

    Cycling through Austria was great fun and gently eased us into our world bicycle tour. The bike paths were great, people were friendly and landscape was spectacular.

      As I see you're going east. I'm going on my solo around the trip ride starting next year. I planned to go starting from poland > to croatia > to greece > via turkey > georgia > azerbejan > kazakhstan > uzbekistan > tajikistan > kirgistan but now after seeing what's happening in Tajikistan (related to the southern borders) I needed to rethink the path. I think I'll go through kazakhstan and into kirgistan > china directly without tajikistan. i'm afraid of the guys that took over the borders. What is your plan (if you're going east / not south) ? Could you share your plans as I might get some useful info from you that might get handy next year huehue :DDD

      Was really enjoying your bicycle video before you happen to mention the Needlecraft. Do people actually realise how dangerous this graphene oxide is in these so-called Needlecraft

      sometimes you can glue the patch on an already inflated tire(if the leak is slow enough) it will also help center the patch on the hole.

      that helps the patch stretch less
      and also the scratched surface will be made wider with an inflated tire

      Anyhow so many experiences, there should be lot of joy but also lot of hard and difficult moments. It needs much hope and faith to overcome all hurdles. Wish you all the best!

      Suggestion: Write a book about your total journey. Include detailed information about places you visited and the routes you took. Include maps. Your trip is so inspiring! I want to go to the places you went and travel the same routes. I would buy the book and I think a lot of people would buy it also. The money you make from the book could pay for your home and allow you to spend more time traveling.

      Is there a list in order or a way to now watch them in the order of your trip so we can follow your progress from the very beginning in sequence?

      It appears some are numbered but not all.
