In this video, we start from Agen and cycle along the Canal de Garonne. Our ride was about seventy kilometres, following the calm canal landscape through southwestern France.
The route offers a relaxed cycling atmosphere: water, trees, towpaths, bridges, locks and quiet sections away from busy roads. Around Agen, the Canal de Garonne is part of the wider Canal des Deux Mers à Vélo route, connecting beautiful places between the Atlantic side and the Mediterranean direction.

Mit dem Rad am Canal de Garonne ab Agen – 70 Kilometer am Wasser
In diesem Video starten wir in Agen und fahren mit dem Fahrrad am Canal de Garonne entlang. Unsere Tour war etwa siebzig Kilometer lang und führte uns durch die ruhige Kanallandschaft im Südwesten Frankreichs.
Die Strecke bietet eine entspannte Radatmosphäre: Wasser, Bäume, Treidelwege, Brücken, Schleusen und ruhige Abschnitte abseits stark befahrener Straßen. Rund um Agen ist der Canal de Garonne Teil der größeren Route Canal des Deux Mers à Vélo, die schöne Orte zwischen Atlantikseite und Mittelmeerrichtung verbindet.
