Spotted these on a couple of Bromptons and I'm a bit obsessed. The circled bits are all coloured plastic rather than anodised metal.
I much prefer this look. Brompton's Colorlab touchpoints are nice but they're metal, and at £120 the price feels properly cosmic. These plastic ones have a more playful vibe and I'd guess they're cheaper too.
Does anyone know where these come from, whether they're an old OEM option or something regional, and if anyone in the UK is selling a set? Happy to hear where to buy!
For context, the blue bike is from a Facebook Marketplace listing and the purple one I found online, so neither is mine, just examples of the look I'm after.
Cheers.

You can’t they stopped making the coloured plastic one’s years ago.
The first photo is a Brompton rental bike. The parts are colour coded to match a diagram explaining the folding mechanism that is visible as the big sticker on top of the frame. I don’t think they ever sold them, sadly. I’d have bought them too!
yo the first pic was mine, taken about 3 years back 😆 anyway to answer your question u can’t get that exact ones because it is fitted only on Brompton rental units, but nowadays u can get OEM colorlab anodised accessories (similar parts fitted on P-Line) from Brompton directly but they are IMHO overpriced. however if u can afford it, u can order it directly from them or their Junction stores or official dealers.
