are you looking for a fixie? if you are then sure this a fine deal. not good or bad, pretty down the middle.

i can tell you from personal experience that thickslicks are heavy and harsh tires. they’re awesome for fixies or heavy bikes when you need to either skid around or set it and forget it. also they look really good. but they kinda ride like ass.

also you should know for sure that you want a fixie. looks like it has a flip flop hub so it has a single speed mode, but if you’re riding a single speed instead of fixed then you’re gaining nothing from the tires.

i rode single speed exclusively for a couple years, i wouldn’t do it again. i live in a hilly area and i snapped 3 chains. i don’t mind not having easier or faster gears, i mind pushing a bike up a hill and then landing on my nuts because the chain snaps during a climb. fixed is wicked fun but not running a front brake is a dick move (to everybody else) and it can really mess with your knees. fun as hell though.
