I absolutely love this bike! It’s a 1986 Peugeot Ventoux which I found on marketplace last year. I just put new tires (Pasela Panaracers, 700 x 28) on it, and they are doing great. The old Michelins that were on the bike were so dry rotted they quite literally crumbled when I took them off the rim 😭. I’m also trying out cotton bar tape! I like the vintage look of it, so we’ll see how long it stays clean. Looking forward to putting many more miles on this thing! Also, any other things you guys think I should change/ add?

Well done for keeping it vintage.
I have an Peugeot Tourmalet also from this era that I want to bring to it’s old glory again. May I ask you a few questions when restoring it?
