Cervelo RS for 1050 CAD?

Hey guys- this is going to be my first road bike and I want something that is comfortable for longer rides. The seller claims it has only been used 10-15 times and has been sitting in his garage for the last 15 years. Do you think 1050 CAD is a fair price for 2011 Cervelo RS assuming I will need to do some maintenance
