Just found this small chunk in my rim after popping a tire recently. There doesn't appear to be any bend in the rim.
Tire fully seated with a tube to get me home so the bead seems fine.
I really didn't think much of it till reading some other similar posts. Can I just sand down the burrs and send it or is this rim doomed at this point?

I have beat an aluminum rim straight with a hammer and a screwdriver multiple times before it finally blew a spoke and I called it quits. This is perfectly fine
You’re good. Unless it’s carbon that doesn’t look like carbon tho
