  1. Have you tried any actual MTB jerseys? Most companies make a summer-weight long sleeve jersey. I have one from fox that’s perforated in a bunch of spots and is super airy and breathable and I love it, I’m very heat sensitive but I also had melanoma in the past so I try to stay covered as much as possible and it works great for me. It’s a few seasons old so I can’t recommend the specific model, but I would just order a few online and keep the one that feels the best.

  2. I’m not sure what you call “look good” but I have an Outdoor Research long sleeve that I love. They have a MTB collection and I’ve been pleased with it!

Look into Troy Lee jerseys. I also wear dirt bike jerseys sometimes because they’re even thinner than standard MTB jerseys. I love my Fox Racing jersey.

  4. It looks like you’re wearing a sweatshirt. All MTB apparel companies make a good long sleeve jersey. I have a couple 100% ones and they are ok. I had a Troy Lee one and it was great. It depends on what you are looking for or what you are in need of.
