It wasn’t just at the end that Bath ignored a drop goal opportunity. They did it in the first half in the last 10 minutes. Pick and go…to nowhere right in front of the sticks. Drop goal would have made it 29 points!!!!

Seeing Cokanasiga crying at the end was gut wrenching. Ever since the Bordeaux game they look like they’ve just given up.
As a Bath fan I hope this isn’t a return to the Hooper days where we had great players but no game plan.

Obviously Bath could have gone for the drop goal however the real problem is forwards continually picking and going head down and ignoring the calls of their outside half to release the ball when there is a massive overlap outside them, something that has been a problem in Northern hemisphere rugby for a long time, Northampton are the exception to the rule. Oh well played Exeter you deserved the victory in my opinion.
