I think he has stem envy! 😂
Makes me want to go to the basement and organize my service course. Mine is a wee bit smaller so it shouldn’t take long.
You need to visit the Belgian company that makes all the roof racks for the team cars 👍🏻
18:11 his what is winning?
Don't know if they've sold them off now as well, but I saw a story back in January that they were still using Intermarche Wanty's Cube bikes for the CX season as Orbea don't make a CX bike
Did you do a ride while in Belgium. Along the river where the service course is located is the most goated and car free bike paths.
With the considerable increase in carb intake in recent years, are the riders monitored for possible increase in Diabetes risk?
The amount of stuff a big team has, and the logistics, skill and resources to make it all work is utterly amazing. Thanks Ollie.
Мне интересно где можно узнать и по какой стоймости продают бу велосипеды
a roof for cars and busses but we struggle to provide shelter for every human (in our countries). Gotta love capitalism and cope living in it by attacking me right the answering section below, cheers.
Think you need to apologise for your (hopefully a) slip of the tongue Ollie, when you said anyone calling a bottle a bidon was "French and pretentious" when presumably you meant to say "French OR pretentious". French GCN fans will no doubt be appalled 😮😂.
Wow!!!!
The “Dick” joke by Ollie at 18:10 is a bit risque’!
Wonder how many people got the Kim K reference 😂
24:40 nice row Ollie!
"We're in Belgium!" …[looks around my loungeroom] We are? Sweet, un Duvel plix. 😀
… Oliie's "several" IKEA Kallax's (Kallii?) would be housing his E X T E N S I V E collection of Max Power and Scoreland mags, yes-yes?
18:06 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
We need a whole episode on the benefits of Coco Pops. I am sure that Connor is up for it 😂
Always interesting to see that a cycling team is basically a logistics business who happens to do some rides as well 😀
'Eat Pasta, Ride Faster.' … @JoshKwan 🤔 I… Well … hmmm… 'snot "wrong" per se
When I wanted to buy an Orbea bike I had issues with my 190cm height, since XL was clearly to big for me and L was too small for me. So I asume the big guys there have L sizes with that huge stems of 170mm just to compensate the lack of size of the bike itself between L and XL 🙂
OUCH: 60,000 bottles! with 18 teams and 60,000 bottles, that is over 1 million plastic bottles that are going out into the environment. What measures are in-place and/or being considered to reduce this polution stream?
Ollie…why do the teams go through so many Bidons????
Are they supposed to be single use???
Sounds pretty wasteful no???
Imagine being envy of 17cm.
17:59 can a stem be too big? Well only if you don't know how to use it properly
My service course is under the kitchen counter with my tea towels.
8:56 mint and lemon seems like such a weird combo. Is it actually good or just Ollie’s ’taste’?
WOW!!! Like a kid in an over-stocked candy store. 🍭🍬
I don't understand how any of these stay in business
This is a great example how bad advertising works in cycling since not even Ollie knew that intermarche is a grocery chain… The unibet rose rockets are the only team that use social media for their sponsors.
It would be interesting to do the same for a Continental team. I imagine there is quite a difference.
I always enjoy team tours!
Wow, that‘s quite a big service course for one of the smaller budget teams. I guess the big players have several of them. An interview with some of the people in charge for the logistics would be great.
How wonderful it is, all this "behind the scenes," which is essentially the beating heart behind every team. And of course, the bus tour, which is always fascinating.
Looks like Mr. Bridgewood found his happy place!
Eat pasta have a disaster more like , its not the kind of carbs you need for cycling imo pasta makes me feel tired and want to go to sleep .
impressive, unlike their UCI ranking
