Finally! My first time on a gravel bike. Coming from road cycling it was a shock to the system. The corrugated roads! I am in so much pain. I feel like someone put me in a sack of potatoes and hit me with a baseball bat.
Some things to note: you might be death gripping the handlebars, and you might be keeping excessive muscle tension. You should also run very low pressures in gravel in general, so do check your pressure. For reference, I weigh 65kg and I run anywhere between 1.4-2 in the front and about 2 in the back. Your body is your suspension in gravel.
