Nice 5spot. I had the first version of the RFX and it was a blast, very similar to this bike. It is not steal, but aluminum, hand made in the USA.
This is from before Turners were faux-bar, so very early 2000s. Unfortunately, the geometry is completely dated, and finding parts is going to be a bear. The journal-bearing (bushing) replacments are a bitch.
