    Everyone lives different lives. It’s okay to not be able to ride like you used to if you’re body is messed up from everything you put it through in your younger years. It’s okay to not be in the best shape.

    It’s also okay to stay active, work out, eat right, and keep your skills on a bike in your 40s. Sometimes you also just get lucky and don’t have any major accidents or surgeries.

    just ride your bike and have fun and stop comparing yourself to others.

  2. I’m hitting 41 Monday. Just took the 4 pegged bastard out for a spin today after chilling the last couple years on progressing. Absolutely worth the effort at our age!!!!
