Oil and wiggle your chain, and check your split link is properly set as well.

Could be the chain is dry, but if it’s actually jumping teeth on the cog itself that’s usually a worn cassette or chainring. Try lubing first since that’s free, then spin it in the stand and watch if the chain skips under load. If it keeps doing it after lube you probably need to replace the cassette.
