Context, this road have a posted speed limit of 30 mph (50k) and have 4 lanes total, 2 lanes each way. It might a little more reasonable to speed up faster if it's on a 2 lane road to avoid being on the opposite side for too long. But in this case, I feel like the perception of a bicycle being slow makes them drive even faster to feel like they are in a faster vehicle. When I drive on the same kind of roads around the posted speed limit, not too many pass me this much faster with the exception of freeways.

Somebody’s on the spectrum….
Edit: not meant as an insult, just an observation. So many humorless dipshits in this subreddit. No wonder you people have such a bad reputation
to be fair sometimes I do so that I can minimize time in the oncoming traffic lane while passing the cyclist with maximum berth.
I love the add-in, use the absolute speed display on my Garmin so I know if I should turn around and shame a speeder or hop on a bumper for a free pull. I also use the data as a reference point when people try to argue there shouldn’t be a bike lane on a given road.
Would you rather they hovered next to you on a two lane? You never know if someone is coming around the next corner and floating a little to far over the line.
I prefer the people that sit a comfy distance behind me until it is clear, then gun it past with a wide margin. Too many people act like you aren’t there and practically run you over.
It’s not clear from the data that the cause is acceleration due to the presence of a cyclist. The vehicles might have been accelerating for other reasons such as after a stop.
