I noticed it seems like I’m missing a nut here. This has the syntace x-12 axle. I’m not sure what goes there but definitely doesn’t look right.

It’s part of your derailleur hanger, replace the hanger and it should be problem solved. I can’t tell if this is UDH or an older style like it.
