I used to ride at Croft a lot when I first started mountain biking but I’ve not done a full lap for many years. It’s a small volunteer-built cross-country trail with a few features along the way, sadly I discovered it’s changed quite a bit since I last rode there.
I considered not putting this video out and reacquainting myself with the trail before putting out a better version, but I like to be honest with my content 🙂
I’ll definitely be riding there a bit more often from now on and perhaps putting out a follow-up video at some point.

HI Mandy, the MB Swindon group is still running which does ride out currently twice a week on the Ridgeway, would be great to have you join a ride. Yes Croft Trail is in need of a major maintenance which to group was out working on parts of the trail.
Looks like a great trail and place to ride! It looks like a lot of those features have fallen into disrepair though, which is too bad.
