Hi everyone,
I found damage on this part of my RockShox Motion Control RC cartridge (see photo). Does anyone know which component has failed and whether it can be repaired, or is replacement the only option?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Idk man, from my experience these don’t do much anyway.
That looks like damper internals, and I’d treat it as a service-part problem instead of trying to reshape or glue anything. When I hit this kind of issue, the fastest path was matching the exact fork model, year, travel, and damper code before ordering anything, because RockShox parts can look similar and still be wrong. A [RockShox Motion Control RC damper assembly](https://featherab.com/shopit?q=RockShox%2BMotion%2BControl%2BRC%2Bdamper%2Bassembly) is usually the cleaner fix if the plastic or internal valve piece is damaged. If only seals or small service pieces are worn, a [RockShox fork service kit](https://featherab.com/shopit?q=RockShox%2Bfork%2Bservice%2Bkit%2BMotion%2BControl%2BRC) may cover it, but the photo makes me cautious. I’d stop riding it until oil level, rebound, compression, and top-cap condition are checked properly.
