I built up my first custom build. This is gonna be my daily commuter, do it all, chill gravel ride rig. I messed up the XDR hub when I screwed on the cassette crooked and now the cassette is wobbly but a new one is on its way. Also the front wheel was out of true when I got it. So this will also be fixed by my LBS asap. Both rotors also where out of true. Had to ghetto true them with flat pliers and a piece of cardboard to not scratch them. All in all pretty proud of myself.

Not a real bike geek kinda guy, but I dig it for sure. Clean, simple lines and perfectly functional for majority of stuff.
