No way! Rode Vittoria-Estella-Pamplona-San Sebastian-Bilbao last fall, after crossing over from Barcelona. My first European bike tour, and I’m not sure how I can ride in North America knowing how good your roads are over there 😢

I'd highly recommend you come back to do the Plazaola greenway in the summer. With almost 3km, the Uitzi tunnel is the longest pedestrian/bike tunnel in Europe.
