I have a buddy who is trying to get rid of some of his old frames that he has, and this C40 has really caught my eye. I don’t know too much about the value of these frames, and I can’t find a lot of information about this specific model. The frame still has all the original booklets from the original owner, which I’m sure isn’t common. He wants to sell it to me for a good price, but the thing is I don’t want to offer a price so low that I’m ripping him off, but also I don’t want to offer something too high that I am getting ripped off. Any help will be better than what I have been able to gather. Thanks!

To the right person that could be 1000-1500 USD. Friends pricing is probably something like 600-800. If they are quite a good friend and want to see it get used possibly less.
