Had an interesting day. Nearly got hit by an SUV. Had my first full sus ride thanks to a stranger who helped me find my way. I'm pretty sold on electric. This thing was awesome. Pricey for me, but maybe a $3500 CAD one I can do with payments. The rest of the 4 hour ride was me talking myself into and out of buying an E-MTB.

I draw the line at emoto. Anything peddle assist only should be allowed anywhere that banjo bikes are.
My elderly father lacks the stamina but still has some technical skills in his cerebellum. We get to continue to spend quality time in our favorite hobby.

I see it as a different sport if you’re pushing them or a balance of power for people who want to keep up with friends/partner. Unfortunately it also lowers the barrier of entry which brings in a lot people with no etiquette.
