did this on an alu fork a while back so i could install a front rack… go so much hate online for doing it because of safety and all… i didnt even have a proper rivnut tool and just used the nut and bolt method to install… joke’s on them tho since the fork is still alive to date even after doing god knows how many market runs exceeding the weight limit on the rack…
