would it bw a good idea? id get a 27.5" in the rear and 29" if the front, gonna be a diy ebike so the smaller rear wheel would let it have more torque. Any ideas will help.

29 x 26 would give more torque and probably more wheelset options
Pedals will hit the ground a lot because you’ll be lowering the bottom bracket. I suggest leaving the wheels their factory size.
Your questions confusing. You say a smaller rear wheel would give more torque while also saying you want a reverse mullet, which is a big wheel in the back
