Welcome to the 37th edition of one of women’s cycling’s most iconic races! After having won the race two years in a row, Longo Borghini is again the cyclist to watch. But with an additional 9th stage joining the race this year and bringing the race to a total of 1177 km, she will have many rivals chasing after her title. With none more dangerous than Demi Vollering, who after a terrific spring season, is looking to take her first Giro victory and is by many pinned as the one to beat. Or will we see a surprise winner emerge in the Dolomites in the recently returned Marlen Reusser or Anna van der Breggen? With a mix of flat sprinting races and rough climbs in the mountains ahead of us, there will be plenty of excitement ahead of the finish in Saluzzo.

The most impressive thing is not dropping Anna on the last climb, but 1 vs 3 on the downhill/flat and close that 1 min gap in 10km!! impressive
