Well done you. It’s the most efficient land locomotion that we know of. As in, more efficient than any other machine we’ve invented, more efficient than anything that’s evolved in terms of energy in to distance travelled.
    Congrats, it’s fun.

  2. It’s never too late! A comfortable saddle is a must on any bike. Nothing kills the enjoyment of riding like waking up the next day and not being able to sit down for breakfast.

    Welcome to the addiction 😄

Today it’s a cruiser bike. A year from now you’ll somehow be researching carbon wheels, bike computers and jerseys at 2am.

    Congrats and enjoy the ride!

If you’re using the bike for commuting – a quality saddle (although the one you’ve got looks comfy) and front and rear lights.

Unfortunately I don’t know much about cruisers though.

Congratulations! It’s such a great activity! I would get a helmet and some good lights. Check out Knog lights, they’re pretty good for the price!

    Congrats! I like the dinosaur.

I would recommend blinking lights for visibility.

Fenders if you think you’ll end up catching some rain. Even if it’s a short shower, the spray from the wet roads will soak through your clothes pretty quickly.

A small rear rack if you might end up having to tote something home.

  7. At least you didn’t have to wait 150 million years, like your friend did.

  8. Congratulations on your new addiction. You will get stronger real quick. Love the Dino!

  9. Decathlon used to sell a cute little bike horn that was shaped like some kind of unicorn 🦄

  10. That is awesome. You’re sharing is going to inspire many people as well.
