1) Korea has good weather End May – Early June. Sub 25-27 deg C for the route

2) inside the city (both Busan and Seoul ) riding , watch for pedestrians and cars ( universal – in busy cities, cars and cabs may not stop at cross walks)

3) front and rear carriers add upto 15-20kg means slopes will be difficult.

4) someone asked about half toe clips. Half toe clips may not be safest. Will rub against the pavements , clip can get caught on non smooth surfaces eg stones pavements. It will become loose. Retighten.

5) tires pressure set at 90 at the back 80 psi front, check them after a few days.

6) Smooth bag drop and check in if you have a good size case that's under 62 inches and under 23kg. I weighed in at 22kg

7) you need bag to carry your Brompton on train now

8) if you struggle enough up the hill. Most Koreans are kind enough to offer you a tube of liquid energy. Those are lite to carry and good to have. I couldn't find them and they ordered online

9) I try to make a stop every 1-2 hrs

10) you become stronger after that 650km

I recently did the same trip, cheers! All of your points are spot on.

What is the bag you’re using to fly with? I used the Vincita bag, and it was great, but that bag looks like it might be a good solution?
