Doesn't seem to fit.
Axl installed, fast release attached to the Rack. When mounting it can't get in position because the frame is not fitting. There seems to be some mismatch.
Is there a trick? Support said i ordered right parts for grail.

This seems to be a spacing issue. When dropout tight on frame it won’t fit the axl through

Have you placed the axle spacers? Cannot see from the photos.
You should definitely have a longer axel. Are you using the universal axel
The right side looks pretty far out too right?
You’re not supposed to use all spacers if you did that, you need just enough so that both sides are equal.
