So i have myself a basic fat tire bike. Just getting into the hobby. Not sure the first things I should upgrade or even if I should. Just looking for advice. The brakes are noisy and nothing to brag about. Looking forward to tearing up some gnarly trails!

I have four fatties, 2 with Rohloff hubs. The bike I ride the most is a 2018 fatboy that I ride on a 6 mile stretch of beach at low tide. I have done nothing to it but hose it off and lube the chain. Paid $400 used 6 years ago. Have fun!!

Bro that’s not safe. Fat bike rims were never intended to use rim brakes.
maybe it’s just the pic but what’s up with that head tube angle/fork? seems awfuly steep.
