What life lessons has cycling taught you?

Riding through Sweden and Norway there were so many incredible sights. But also some major life (and bike) lessons.

I wanted to share some of my experiences (and reflections) in the hopes that they maybe help you in your own training (or life) maybe both?!

It rained a LOT on these 4 days. Which definitely got me thinking about tough times (on the bike and off).

I’m def not looking to give any “live, laugh, love, kinda energy” but I mean. It’s inevitable. We’re all gonna go through some tough times. In life and on the bike.

Here’s how I approach them.

AND some of my perspective on WHY you need to train in rough conditions too. Makes you more prepared for the ugly weather that can (and sometimes will) happen during your brevets or other A events.

Train to be able to take on anything.
And nothing will surprise you!
