Colony frame 13.9" TT and 10.25" CS. They copied the cult, so I put cult stickers on it. I'll put the cult frame (14.5 TT 10.5" CS) back on after he grows more. Prevelo heir pedals for lowest q factor. The upgrade I'm most proud of: stock kids forks are heavy and overbuilt. I bought a used 14" spawn yoji, swapped the forks and resold it. The spawn fork took more than 10 oz off. I grinded off the front brake mounts, sanded and painted them to look clean. The cranks are heavy but they're the perfect fit and I don't want to spend $500 on titanium. Removed the brake. Got some tpu tubes and a lighter 40 mm stem on the way. Also going to upgrade the sprocket to 28t with a half link chain to shorten the chainstay more.

You should re-do it and slide the cult top tube stickers up higher
Overall though, what an awesome job and great thought process. Is this for your kid? I wouldn’t go 28t sprocket
If you’re looking for another place to trim fat for weight, grab some Avian Pariah Mini pedals. On sale for $60 right now, and they’re extremely light while still have a chromoly spindle. The half link chain will add significant weight.

Massively overbuilt looking for a child. Except maybe the 16 spoke rims look like a weak link… maybe. Crazy tho. Like sledgehammer of little bike. No brakes too so, you don’t like your kid that much do you haha ;))
