Hey gang, so I decided my Roscoe levers didn’t have enough bite and updated to xt levers. Then learned they needed new barb and a special cutting / block tool to put in the olive and barb, to be bled, the shimano I serve bracket is tricky to figure out, then didn’t put a block in the calipers when doing a lever bleed and seized the pistons. Super happy with how it turned out but so much work for a small project. Anyone relate to “small

I was able to swap it to a tubeless setup with new tires at the same time which turned out to be the easy part

This is gonna get deleted – you can try asking again in another subreddit but honestly you got everything you need to ride – just go ride. When you need an upgrade you will know what needs upgrading based on your riding and what’s lacking
