I would put it as a couple years newer, 2017ish. Sora R3000 with the internal cable routing was released in early 2016. Looks lightly used given its age. Ridden a handful of times maybe a second owner in ’20/’21 when bike prices were sky high. Ridden once or twice again.
It is a entry level bike from Liv. Something like a Liv Avail 3 or 4 from 2017 or 2018. Liv and Giant use a number scheme when 0 is the most expensive bike and 3 or 4 is the least. Probably retailed for well under 1k new.
What area are you located? Price is giving major US city like NYC/LA vibes. The other question is there any chance this is a non-US dollar?
