Got into marathon running this year, and have now committed to running a 73,9k ultra in May next year. Still seems daunting, but excited for the process 🏃

While I'm sure riding the trainer in the rain builds character, I'm guessing it's not good for the trainer itself? Probably not designed for rugged outdoor use. Hope the chain is OK!

I’m a little lost on how a bagel with a few slices of bacon and 2 eggs is over 90 grams of protein. It’s probably my own ignorance, but how does that add up?
