The Conservatives repeatedly promised us 40 new hospitals that we knew were never going to happen. The current government is promising us a new hospital in Hampshire which, if it is ever built at all, will not be finished for at least 20 years.
My constituents rely on our vital A & E and maternity services but our hospital in Winchester has a huge repair backlog and rainwater leaking into clinical areas.
Will the Prime Minister please break the cycle of governing parties promising hypothetical hospital and just fix our hospital in Winchester?
