A fast and flowing descent through the heart of the Balkan Mountains in Bulgaria.

Starting from the highest point of the Tvarditsa–Elena Pass near Chumerna hut, this route drops over 350 vertical meters through quiet mountain roads, wide corners and a series of beautiful switchbacks surrounded by dense forest.

With smooth asphalt, minimal traffic and long sightlines, this is one of the most enjoyable road cycling descents in the Central Balkan region.

Speeds reached 60 km/h during this ride, while the road remained predictable and confidence-inspiring throughout the descent.

Filmed in immersive 4K POV during a warm spring day in April 2026.

Welcome to The Easy Line Project.
