We spent the day exploring Mulhouse France. Located in the beautiful Alsace region of France, this city felt like a true hidden gem, tucked away from the usual tourist trail.

We started in downtown Mulhouse, grabbing pastries at the delightful Le Bocal before taking in the towering Temple Saint-Étienne and the beautiful pink City Hall in the main square. While we walked around the city, we were amazed by all the street art. It gives Mulhouse an energetic, creative vibe.

For lunch, we dove into some hearty Alsatian food from Petit Marcel La Rôtisserie (still dreaming of the chicken cordon bleu). We spent the afternoon at one of the many museums in Mulhouse. We chose the Electropolis Museum. It brought the history of electricity to life in such a fun and unexpected way!

This was one of those cities we didn’t expect to love as much as we did, and we think you will too.

  1. Great tour of Mulhouse, it looks so charming! We love the Alsace, and were there for the Christmas markets last year (Strasbourg region). Hopefully we can return soon in the summer one day 😍

  2. Mulhouse looks amazing! The food looked delicious. Shame about the church being closed. The street art looked impressive. Hope you're having a lovely weekend. Best wishes, Matt & Bec 😊❤

  3. How did you guys get here, train/bus? Looks like a nice chill atmosphere without a ton of tourists. I need to go there just for that chicken lol. And Rachel, I love your outfit!

  4. So glad that you enjoyed your visit of Mulhouse ! The city is unfortunately well known in France for his high criminal rate and dangerous neighbourhood, i hope you haven't been harassed or annoyed during your trip. Cheers
