      Great video and interesting stuff shown. As per the supplement section – there was a protein isolate at 7:12 you didn't mention – hope that is a part of your routine Ollie in addition to creatine you take 😜

      It's ridiculous what "Heinie's Folly" (aka World Tour) has done to the costs involved in fielding a top-flight team. And people wonder what sponsors are so hard to come by, especially if they're not autocratic regimes, gambling interests or resource-extraction companies?

      "Chain too worn"? How could that happen when the wax-cult will tell you their rituals mean your chain and drivetrain will last forever? Wonder what they do at the races when it's raining? No bottles of oil in that warehouse? Saving money? SRAM doesn't give 'em all the chains they want + some fat chex to keep Bauke Mollema quiet?
