A slow moment in the South of France that felt as if I’d pedalled into a postcard. 🚲☀️

This morning, I headed out on the bike, cycling through the quiet backroads of Provence, skirting the flanks of the Luberon.

Between Apt and Cereste, I was stopped in my tracks by the vibrant splash of colour of a spectacular wild poppy field.
.
It was absolutely peaceful, just me, the poppies and nothing but the sound of birdsong, and the scent of wild flowers, in the air
.
This is why we ride. Moments like this make my heart sing.
